Practical security, built to hold.
Jared builds security that's woven into how people actually work — practical, durable, and grounded in operational reality rather than bolted on after a breach. His practice sits at the intersection of two disciplines most leaders treat as separate: protecting what an organization already has, and equipping it to do new things with AI.
On the security side, the work is plain. Surface the risks that actually matter. Fix what's broken. Turn the workforce into a first line of defense rather than its weakest link. When an incident does occur, Jared runs the response: contain the damage, restore operations, and leave the organization better equipped than it was before.
On the AI side, Jared runs workshops that meet teams where they are. Your people are already using AI at work, often without guidance; the question is whether they're doing so carefully, productively, and within your organization's risk tolerance. The training is hands-on, jargon-free, and grounded in the realities of how work actually gets done.
Originally from Seattle, Jared earned his B.S. in Information Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology and spent formative years in the Video Relay Services industry, where reliability and trust were never optional. He now lives in Washington, DC. Off the clock, he's most likely on an electric bike or a pickleball court.
